Compensation:

$80,000 - $100,000

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough research on investment strategies, partnership frameworks, real estate market dynamics, and geographical trends; prepare necessary documentation such as letters of intent, contracts, and other administrative paperwork related to sales.
  • Evaluate comparable properties, assess value and condition through diligent research, outreach, data analysis, site visits, and market trend analysis.
  • Facilitate seamless transactions between buyers and sellers.
  • Oversee the sales process and maintain detailed documentation of all interactions within the CRM system.
  • Build rapport with potential clients to address concerns and secure signed agreements.
Required Qualifications:
  • Outstanding communication abilities, both verbal and written, with strong phone etiquette; adept at scheduling and finalizing appointments via phone.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • A minimum of one year of experience in real estate acquisitions, land acquisition, or sales is advantageous.
  • Must possess a strong drive and passion for selling real estate assets, with a focus on achieving goals.
