Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Software Engineer to join our Consumer and Community Banking team at JPMorgan Chase. As a key member of our agile team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering cutting-edge technology solutions that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Your primary focus will be on leading the development of our React/Full Stack applications, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of high-quality software products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop scalable, secure, and efficient software solutions using React and Full Stack technologies
  • Lead agile development teams to deliver high-quality software products on time and within budget
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements and develop technical solutions that meet customer needs
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, technical specifications, and code reviews
  • Participate in code reviews, provide feedback, and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and new tools and techniques to drive innovation and improvement

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on React and Full Stack technologies
  • Proven track record of leading agile development teams and delivering high-quality software products
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions
  • Experience with cloud-based technologies, including AWS and Azure
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Java and Spring Framework
  • Knowledge of microservices architecture and containerization
  • Experience with DevOps tools and practices, including CI/CD and containerization
