Job Summary

The Front Office Coordinator is a vital member of the SENTA Partners team, responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support in a fast-paced medical office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Front Desk Operations: Greet patients with a smile, accommodate their needs, and ensure a comfortable and pleasant experience.
  • EMR Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient information, ensuring seamless communication and efficient care.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule follow-up appointments, manage patient flow, and coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure timely and effective care.
  • Financial and Administrative Tasks: Process payments, manage cash boxes, and maintain patient records, all while adhering to HIPAA guidelines and company policies.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Practice Administrator, Doctor(s), and other staff to maintain consistency, integrity, and exceptional patient care.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
  • Experience: Medical reception experience preferred but not required.
  • Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, organizational skills, and ability to multitask, with a working knowledge of MS Office and Electronic Medical Records.
