Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and schedule appointments for hospital-based departments and provider services
  • Ensure accurate and timely communication with patients, providers, and hospital staff
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to patient inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care and scheduling
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of patient interactions and scheduling activities

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of experience in a healthcare or customer service setting preferred
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in computer software and systems, including electronic medical records
