Position Overview

The Client Services Coordinator plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our members. This position is responsible for a variety of financial services associated with operations, online banking assistance, Visa card support, and member account management.

Compensation
The pay range for this position is $21.06 to $21.56 per hour, with opportunities for step progression.

Key Responsibilities
1. Assist members with inquiries regarding products and services.
2. Perform various account maintenance tasks and resolve issues as they arise.
3. Engage in outbound member contact to support credit union growth objectives.
4. Maintain confidentiality and compliance with applicable policies and regulations.
5. Cross-sell products and services that benefit our members.

Qualifications
While no prior experience is necessary, candidates should demonstrate a willingness to learn and a positive, professional demeanor. Basic math and computer skills are essential. Reliable transportation and attendance are critical.

Work Environment
This position is primarily office-based, with a climate-controlled environment that may experience fluctuations in temperature. The work area may be moderately noisy due to member interactions.

Physical and Mental Demands
The role requires the ability to stand for extended periods, use hands for various tasks, and communicate effectively. Candidates must be able to handle stressful situations with patience and resourcefulness.

Schedule
This is a full-time position with benefits. Flexibility is important, as hours of operation include weekdays and Saturdays on a rotational basis. The organization observes specific holidays, ensuring that employees are not required to work on designated days.
