We are seeking an experienced Vice President of Sales and Store Experience to lead the development and implementation of sales strategies that drive revenue growth and enhance the customer experience. - Oversee daily sales operations to ensure efficiency, profitability, and consistency in the customer experience across all locations.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor and optimize sales performance.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of sales management experience, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth. The estimated salary for this position is $140,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on experience and location.
