About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Vice President of Sales and Growth to lead our sales efforts. As a key member of our leadership team, you will develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with our growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to drive business growth.
  • Lead and manage a team of 10 sales professionals to achieve sales targets.
  • Drive the sales process from prospecting to closing deals and post-sale service.
  • Foster strong relationships with key clients and industry stakeholders.
  • Monitor and track sales team performance against targets.
Requirements
  • At least 10 years of sales experience in the landscape or related industry, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role managing a sales team.
  • Proven ability to lead, inspire, and manage a team to achieve exceptional results.
  • Deep understanding of the landscape maintenance market and customer needs.
  • Exceptional sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of closing deals and growing sales revenues.
