Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Automotive Business Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through effective lead management, customer communication, and appointment setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead Management: Handle all incoming internet email leads and internet phone leads, ensuring timely follow-up and conversion into sales opportunities.
  2. Customer Communication: Establish strong relationships with potential and existing customers through personalized calls, texts, or emails, setting up appointments and providing product information.
  3. Appointment Setting: Schedule sales appointments and coordinate with the sales team to ensure seamless transitions.
  4. Data Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and inquiries, utilizing data mining tools to identify new sales opportunities.
  5. Follow-ups: Conduct timely follow-ups with customers who have shown interest in our products and services.
  6. Collaboration: Work closely with sales staff to maximize sales opportunities and meet or exceed monthly quotas.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in a BDC role, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Familiarity with CDK Eleads CRM software.
  • Proficiency in using data mining software to gather and analyze customer data.
  • Strong understanding of customer service techniques and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Results-driven with a focus on achieving sales goals.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field is a plus.

Estimated Salary Range:

$45,000 - $65,000 per year, based on experience and location.
