  • Customer Service: Provide prompt, courteous service to customers, either in person or over the phone, while following all safety protocols.
  • Store Operations: Ensure a smooth flow of customers through the store, including scheduling and confirming appointments, follow-up visits, and classes.
  • Administrative Tasks: Process and understand managed care plans, file patient records daily, and pull patient files for the next day's appointments.
  • Communication: Participate in regularly scheduled mandatory communication meetings and maintain open communication with colleagues and management.
  • Reception Area Maintenance: Keep the reception area tidy and presentable, with all necessary materials, and receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.

Requirements:

  • Language Skills: Fluent in reading and speaking both English and Spanish.
  • Experience: 0-2 years of related experience or training preferred, with experience handling multiple phone lines and strong customer service skills.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills required to maintain accurate records and schedules.
