Customer Service Representative

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Provide concierge services to pilots and customers, including making reservations as needed

Requirements:
  1. Customer service experience, preferably in the service industry
  2. High School Diploma or equivalent
  3. Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  4. Acceptable driving record
  5. Ability to pass a background check
  6. Zero-tolerance drug-free employer, including pre-employment and random screening
