Job Title: Construction Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Construction Administrator to join our team at Vaco. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for supporting our construction projects by managing administrative tasks, coordinating with subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Badging Process: Manage a large number of badges for multiple sites, ensuring timely completion and compliance with company procedures.
  • Card Reports: Receive and process receipts from foremen, enter data into software, and follow up with reminders to ensure timely submission.
  • Office Manager: Provide administrative support, answer phone calls and emails, make copies, and restock office supplies.

Pay Transparency Notice: Compensation for this role will be determined based on a range of factors, including skill sets, experience, and location. The salary range for this position is $25/hour, with potential for discretionary bonuses.
