Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Associate Manager to contribute to the success of our Digital Marketing team. This individual will play a critical role in managing and optimizing our digital channels, including Affiliate, Paid Search, and Paid Social. Key ResponsibilitiesPaid Social
  • Develop and execute campaign strategies on Meta, ensuring optimal ad placements and efficient spending.
  • Conduct daily performance analysis and reporting to inform data-driven decisions.
  • Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager to develop and execute strategic initiatives, including A/B testing and experimentation.
  • Analyze audience data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Oversee creative trafficking and ensure timely delivery of assets.
Affiliate
  • Support the development of strategies to drive revenue growth and customer acquisition through affiliate marketing.
  • Analyze program performance and provide actionable insights to inform decision-making.
  • Report on influencer campaigns with partners such as LTK and ShopMy, highlighting key performance metrics and areas for improvement.
  • Identify and develop strong relationships with content creators, review sites, and long-tail communities to drive revenue growth.
  • Pull regular reporting on program performance, sharing key insights and recommendations with the team.

  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid search campaigns across platforms, including Google and Bing.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports on key metrics such as ROAS, CPA, and CTR.

  • Collaborate with Google and Microsoft account managers to deliver performance goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree and 2-5 years of directly related experience in performance marketing, preferably at a brand or agency.
  • Experience building, executing, and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion.
  • Proficiency in platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Google Ads, Bing, YouTube, Pepperjam, and Criteo.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven background, with the ability to extract valuable insights from large datasets.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with a focus on attention to detail.
  • Experience with Rockerbox, Feedonomics, and Shopify is a plus.
