Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute lead generation plans to meet or exceed quota targets
  • Cultivate pipeline through strategic outbound campaigns and field marketing leads
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine selling strategies and prioritize efforts
  • Participate in sales onboarding, training sessions, and skill-building classes
  • Exceed weekly and monthly goals for meetings, pipeline, and activity
  • Capture accurate and complete information in Deltek's sales tools

Qualifications:

  • Dependable, passionate, and a desire to pursue a career in sales
  • Ability to accelerate in a spirited and rewarding atmosphere
  • Comfortable making phone calls in an open and positive environment
  • Prior lead generation experience or outbound calling experience preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant military experience preferred
