Position Overview:

The Customer Account Representative plays a crucial role in managing client interactions and ensuring seamless order processing. This position involves receiving, reviewing, and entering purchase orders into the enterprise resource planning (ERP) system.

Key Responsibilities:

1. **Order Management:**
- Efficiently handle incoming purchase orders and ensure accurate entry into the ERP system.
- Generate quotes and necessary customer documentation, prioritizing tasks to maintain high service standards.

2. **Customer Interaction:**
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, addressing emails and phone calls regarding orders and requests.
- Organize site visits and customer meetings as needed to foster strong relationships.

3. **Pricing and Quotation:**
- Collaborate with the Senior Customer Account Representative and Commercial functions to address pricing inquiries and ensure accurate pricing is applied.
- Prepare detailed quotations for customers, including pricing, production lead times, and terms and conditions.

4. **Performance Tracking:**
- Monitor and reconcile internal and external customer scorecards, verifying metrics that reflect performance standards.
- Utilize SAP for product recognition to identify parts and check lead times.

5. **Documentation and Reporting:**
- Compile data and prepare reports as required, ensuring all information is organized and accessible.
- Maintain up-to-date records of customer interactions and order statuses.

Qualifications:

- **Education:** Bachelor's Degree required.
- **Experience:** Minimum of 2 years in customer service or related field.
- **Skills:** Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SAP, strong communication skills, and excellent customer service orientation.
