Key Responsibilities:

As the Senior Partnerships Manager, you will spearhead the expansion of strategic alliances, focusing on Data Collaboration, MileagePlus Loyalty Non-Air partnerships, and Media initiatives. This role requires a visionary leader who can develop a comprehensive framework for partnership development, driving business growth through effective relationship management and deal negotiation. Your efforts will be pivotal in creating unique and personalized experiences for our customers while generating new revenue streams for Kinective Media by United Airlines.
  • Oversee the strategy development for new MileagePlus Loyalty Partnerships from inception to execution, ensuring thorough documentation and exemplary guidelines.
  • Design and implement innovative partnership experiences, products, and marketing campaigns that resonate with members and enhance return on investment.
  • Facilitate the sharing of member data, ensuring compliance with privacy standards, to personalize and optimize partner interactions.
  • Develop and launch technologically advanced, data-driven channels, such as the MPX mobile app, to engage the Kinective Media audience.
  • Negotiate deals in a dynamic environment, encompassing both MileagePlus Loyalty and Media sectors.
  • Collaborate with Business Unit teams to align objectives for deal prospecting and work closely with cross-functional partners on strategic frameworks.
  • Manage internal communications regarding deal points across the organization.
  • Coordinate with Legal, Finance, Planning & Integration, and other departments to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and data privacy standards.

Qualifications:

Essential Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, Design, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Account Management.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Loyalty and Media sectors.
  • Proficiency in developing complex deal structures.
  • Strong negotiation skills for intricate deals across multiple products.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Capability to create order and deliver value in ambiguous situations.
  • Experience in cross-functional collaboration to achieve business objectives.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
  • Successful completion of the interview process is required to meet job qualifications.
  • Consistent and reliable attendance is a critical aspect of this role.
