Key Responsibilities
- Analyze call log entries from the previous day to determine if the recorded information qualifies as a potential complaint.
- Initiate complaint records within the complaint management system based on the assessment of data entered by customer experience representatives.
- Provide training to customer experience staff on accurately documenting data in the call log to facilitate correct complaint evaluations.
- Collaborate with fellow complaint analysts and investigators to provide necessary administrative support.
- Engage in daily management meetings and present key metrics as required by senior leadership.
Your Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher.
- 2-5 years of experience in data entry is preferred.
- Familiarity with medical device complaints.
- Basic computer skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong typing skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Good command of the English language.
- Experience in receiving medical device complaints is a plus.
