Key Responsibilities

  • Examine call log entries from the previous day to determine if the information qualifies as a potential complaint.
  • Initiate complaint records within the complaint management system based on the analysis of data from customer experience logs.
  • Educate customer experience teams on proper data entry procedures to facilitate accurate complaint assessments.
  • Collaborate with fellow complaint analysts and investigators to provide necessary administrative support.
  • Engage in daily management discussions and present key metrics as required by senior leadership.

Your Qualifications

  • Associate degree or higher is preferred.
  • 2-5 years of experience in data entry is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with medical device complaints is beneficial.
  • Basic computer skills are required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is necessary.
  • Strong typing skills are essential.
  • Attention to detail is critical.
  • Good command of the English language is expected.
  • Experience in handling medical device complaints is a plus.
