Our Quality Assurance department is currently in search of a Customer Complaints Specialist - Contractor.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate call log entries from the previous day to determine if the recorded information qualifies as a potential complaint.
  • Initiate complaint records within the complaint management system based on the assessment of data entered by customer experience representatives.
  • Provide training to customer experience staff on the proper process for entering data into the call log to facilitate accurate complaint determinations.
  • Collaborate with fellow complaint analysts and investigators to provide administrative support as necessary.
  • Engage in daily management meetings and present key metrics as required by senior management.

Qualifications

  • Associate degree or higher.
  • 2-5 years of experience in data entry is preferred.
  • Familiarity with medical device complaints.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fast typing skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Good command of the English language.
  • Knowledge of medical device complaint handling is a plus.
