Job Overview

KidStrong Plantation is a rapidly growing private training center focused on brain, physical, and character development for children. We are seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team in Plantation, FL.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong sales mentality, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends. This role is essential in providing exceptional customer service, enhancing member experiences, driving sales, and supporting the overall functioning of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales: Assist the Manager in managing all KidStrong sales goals, drive membership sales through outbound phone calls, and meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Customer Service: Provide and maintain the highest level of customer service for our children and families, ensure front desk systems are followed, and handle customer care calls and change requests.
  • Coach: Teach KidStrong classes if needed, using our proven curriculum and teaching method.
  • Outreach/Marketing: Organize and coordinate KidStrong events such as birthday parties, camps, and Parents Night Out, assist with planning and promoting out-of-center events.
Requirements
  • Lover of Children: A must-have quality for this role.
  • Strong Sales Mentality: Ability to work in an outbound sales environment, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Verbal and written communication skills to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Flexible Schedule: Willingness to work a minimum of three evenings per week and one weekend day.
Compensation and Benefits

$45,000 - $55,000/year + commission + bonus opportunities + benefits package.
