Business Development Executive

**Job Overview:** FirstEnroll, LLC is seeking a Business Development Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining long-term relationships with clients, identifying new sales opportunities, and achieving or exceeding sales targets and objectives.

Salary and Benefits:The estimated salary for this role is $85,000 - $115,000 per year, plus commission and bonus opportunities. We also offer a competitive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a retirement plan with company match.
Responsibilities:- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions to meet those needs.
- Sales Growth: Identify new sales opportunities within existing accounts and pursue potential new clients. Achieve or exceed sales targets and objectives.
- Customer Support: Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their concerns and providing timely resolutions to any issues.
- Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our services, staying up-to-date with any changes or new offerings.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business goals.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on account status, sales performance, and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing and customer service, to ensure a cohesive approach to client management.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3+ years in sales, account management, or a related field, preferably within the health insurance industry.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, proven ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously, excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities, proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
