About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Enterprise Account Executive to join our team at Spectrum Enterprise. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with existing clients, as well as identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver product proposals and presentations to decision-makers
  • Identify target markets, industries, and contacts for our product portfolio and qualify leads
  • Travel to and from assigned territories and company facilities to consult with clients and develop product solutions
Requirements
  • Three or more years of sales experience as a proven sales performer exceeding goals
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Knowledge of LAN, WAN, high capacity networks, and fiber connected networks
  • Effective relationship building, negotiation, closing, and English communication skills
  • Quick learner, deadline-driven, and ability to manage change and shifting priorities
  • Availability to travel and valid driver's license
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Experience selling telecommunications products
