Administrative Assistant Opportunity

Dagostino Electronic Services, Inc. is a leading provider of communication solutions for companies and organizations. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Pittsburgh.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to multiple departments, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Enter new accounts into our CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Prepare contracts for review and signature, and verify all necessary documentation.
  • Work closely with the sales team to manage programs such as PEPPM and CoStars.
  • Prepare invoices and perform data entry tasks with high accuracy.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Assist with system training and ensure all team members are up-to-date on the latest software and technologies.
  • Answer main and sales lines, and greet visitors at the door.
  • Order office supplies and manage mail distribution.
Requirements:
  • High School diploma; Associates degree preferred.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications.
  • Strong time-management skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
