  • Customer Feedback: Collect and relay guest feedback to help improve services and address any issues promptly.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Assist with social media updates, create promotional materials, or conduct market research to help boost the establishment's visibility.
  • Team Support: Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth operations and provide support wherever needed.
Requirements

We are looking for a team player who is able to work in a dynamic environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and be able to multitask with ease.

Compensation

The hourly rate for this position is $16.00.
