Office Operations Coordinator

As the Office Manager for the Neighborhood Association, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office and facilities. This includes coordinating office procedures, managing supplies, and ensuring the office is running efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate office operations and procedures to ensure effectiveness and efficiency
- Manage office supplies and maintain a well-stocked supply room
- Perform general clerical duties, including copying, faxing, and filing
- Review and approve office supply acquisitions
- Coordinate with administrative staff to plan meetings and events
- Maintain office services by organizing office operations and procedures
- Plan and implement office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement
- Coordinate deliveries and maintain facility records
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure facility safety and compliance
- Submit reports and communicate with supervisors and staff
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; at least some college preferred
- Proficiency in software applications
- NYS Valid Driver License
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally
- Proven ability to work collaboratively and diplomatically
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
