Position Overview: As a Client Engagement Manager at Expedite Technology Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in fostering and sustaining robust relationships with our clientele while adeptly overseeing their recruitment requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and nurture enduring partnerships with clients. Gain insights into their recruitment needs, goals, and organizational culture. Serve as the primary liaison for clients, addressing any queries or concerns. Offer advice on industry trends and compensation standards. Engage in corporate events and community initiatives to strengthen client ties.
  • Account Development: Enhance existing client accounts by uncovering further staffing opportunities. Promote additional staffing solutions to align with the evolving demands of clients. Collaborate closely with the recruitment team to prioritize job openings.
  • Candidate Management: Provide candidates who meet or surpass client expectations. Respond to inquiries and furnish candidates with information regarding job prospects and our organization. Organize and sponsor networking events for consultants.
  • Contract Negotiation: Facilitate negotiations for staffing contracts and service agreements with clients. Ensure that new hires comply with contractual obligations and meet client standards.
  • Performance Oversight: Track the progress and performance of placed candidates. Address any issues or concerns swiftly to uphold client satisfaction.
  • Administrative Duties: Create and revise job descriptions, entering them into the Applicant Tracking System as necessary. Log sales activities into the Salesforce CRM.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience in the staffing or recruitment sector as a Recruiter, Account Manager, or Sales Representative.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Recruitment and CRM software.
