Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and guide medium to large-scale capital projects/programs that necessitate the integration of external technical resources.
- Deliver solutions to a variety of challenging and complex issues by leveraging extensive knowledge of specific manufacturing processes alongside relevant engineering principles.
- Independently establish the general approach and specific resolutions to technical challenges, demonstrating sound judgment in decision-making and risk management.
- Offer technical expertise on emerging capabilities within the industry and technology to maintain the business unit's competitive edge.
- Provide leadership to teams involved in the conception, development, and execution of significant technology upgrades or product enhancements. Regularly lead cross-functional teams focused on product improvements and line extensions.
- Anticipate shifts in resource needs and outcomes, initiating suitable responses to optimize overall project performance.
- Effectively present technical information to non-technical audiences, both in written and verbal formats. Capable of building and leading effective teams for medium to large-scale initiatives.
- Drive the application of engineering principles to instigate substantial changes in manufacturing processes.
- Deliver fully integrated human, operational, and technical systems that achieve targeted business outcomes. Evaluate, develop, and manage projects from technical, operational, and business perspectives.
- Adhere to and advocate for the Capital Project Management process, utilizing a focused approach to ensure successful system startups.
- Build and maintain professional relationships within the Clorox network and the broader community to enhance organizational influence.
- Proactively address conflicts and provide effective solutions for business challenges.
- Manage project scope, timelines, finances, and resources to align with Clorox business objectives.
- Work autonomously to coordinate activities while engaging with key contacts outside the immediate field. Lead both internal Clorox team members and external engineering resources.
- Navigate complex issues through in-depth analysis, evaluating both tangible and intangible factors.
- Champion and exemplify Clorox standards and practices within the technical community.

- Act as a liaison between business partners and the SAP development team, ensuring effective communication and successful implementation of SAP solutions.
- Manage the backlog of application functionalities.
- Define and create deliverables and documentation for sprints (e.g., user stories).
- Review and approve or reject completed user stories based on established acceptance criteria.
- Ensure diverse representation in solution criteria across regions, corporate functions, and business units.
- Assess the need and timing for Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and lead SME support.
- Conduct showcases based on developed user stories.
- Champion change management initiatives.
- Coordinate and support testing processes to ensure solutions meet business requirements prior to launch.
- Gather user feedback and make necessary adjustments to the solution.
- Maintain thorough documentation of requirements, decisions, and changes.
- Prepare and present progress reports and updates to partners and senior management.
- Provide ongoing support and address any issues related to SAP solutions.
- Travel may be required based on project activities.
Qualifications:
- Advanced technical knowledge and connections with industry experts. Recognized as an internal expert and builds external relationships.

- Organizational leadership skills, with the ability to guide teams through change and foster engagement.
- Develop and implement programs to enhance technical capabilities within the GTSLT Group.

- Typical Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or equivalent experience.
- Advanced degrees (e.g., MBA) are preferred.
- Hands-on experience with SAP modules (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, SAP Fiori) and understanding of their functionalities.
- 12+ years in engineering and manufacturing operations management.
- 5+ years leading increasingly complex capital projects and budgets.
- 2+ years in people management, including employee selection, development, and career planning.
- PMP certification is preferred.
