IT Service Desk Technician

Kelly Technology is seeking a skilled Service Desk Technician to provide top-notch support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level Service Desk support to employees for end-user problems and requests.
- Diagnose hardware, software, and business application problems using problem recognition, research, isolation, and resolution steps.
- Perform computer hardware and software-related repairs, as well as wireless device troubleshooting.
- Keep detailed records of customer conversations and troubleshooting steps to resolve issues.
- Provide support for facility, remote facility, and home-based users, as well as USA and global facilities.
- Monitor and respond to ticketing system assignments.
- Assist with training customers on desktop applications, software, and hardware platforms.
- Escalate problems to appropriate I.T. resources when needed.
Requirements:
- Basic administration activities for user setup of network accounts, computer accounts, and business application accounts.
- Wireless device configuration and administration.
- Creation and maintenance of standard operating procedures and knowledge base articles.
