Job Title: Help Desk Technician

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Help Desk Technician to join our team in Reston, VA. As a Help Desk Technician, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our end-users, troubleshooting and resolving their technical issues, and escalating complex problems to our team of experts.

Responsibilities:
  • Respond to end-users via phone and email to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
  • Use Microsoft's cloud computing platform, Azure, to provide support and resolve issues
  • Work closely with our team to escalate complex problems and provide solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements to provide the best possible support to our end-users
Qualifications:
  • 1+ years of experience in Information Technology or Help Desk/Service Desk
  • Working knowledge of troubleshooting and configuring computer hardware and software
  • Active TOP SECRET/SCI security clearance
Compensation:
  • $80,000 - $95,000 per year
  • Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k
  • Paid Time Off and Holidays
