Job Description

Carnival Corporation & plc is seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Planning and Analysis Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a critical role in supporting business operations through financial planning, analysis, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the Director, Financial Planning & Analysis, to provide financial insights and recommendations to support business decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and reports to support business planning and operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and analyze business opportunities and risks.
  • Prepare and present financial analysis and recommendations to senior leadership and other stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in financial planning and analysis.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with a focus on business partnership and collaboration.
  • Advanced financial modeling and Excel skills, with experience with Hyperion Essbase a plus.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
  • High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
