McKinstry is seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our Finance and Accounting division in Seattle, WA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting support to department management.
Key Responsibilities- Support department management with financial and other reporting needs.
- Perform monthly variance and outlook analyses.
- Assist in preparation and support multi-department and corporate annual budgeting and business plan process.
- Interface with department and senior management and business users to map out and document business reporting requirements.
- Five (5) years of experience in financial analysis and in data mining, data analysis, and data modeling techniques.
- BA/BS degree in business, accounting, finance, or related field or equivalent work experience.
- Proven leadership experience.
- Adaptive planning experience preferred.
- Able to work well with all levels of internal personnel and personalities and external customers.
- Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of both quantitative and qualitative data collection, metrics, and analysis.
