About the Role:
As a highly skilled and motivated Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and profitability in an assigned sales territory. Reporting to the Mainline Information Systems Chief Executive Officer, you will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and develop effective solutions to drive success.Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough needs assessments and develop personalized sales strategies to meet client objectives
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective delivery of solutions
• Analyze sales data and market trends to inform business decisions and drive growth
• Stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices to maintain a competitive edge
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of successful outside sales experience in a technology-focused industry
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve shared goals
• Strong business acumen and understanding of sales principles and practices
