Regional Sales Development Manager

Ole Mexican Foods, INC is seeking a skilled Territory Sales Representative to drive sales growth in assigned DSD territories. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and display a professional demeanor representing clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with independent operators, store managers, and key customer decision makers.
- Ensure sales budgets are achieved, while delivering high quality customer service to various customer accounts.
- Identify leads, manage prospects, and acquire new business.
- Develop and execute tailored selling plans to influence growth opportunities.
- Review weekly Out-of-Stock (OOS) reports to address deficiencies and ensure timely resolution.
Requirements
The successful candidate will have 1+ years' experience in DSD/Retail or field-based sales role, a valid driver's license, and a clean MVR record. Additionally, they must be able to carry 20 to 40 pounds, be available to run a route in case of planned or unplanned disruptions, and maintain a clean vehicle/truck at all times.
Compensation
The estimated salary for this position is $50,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on location and experience. A comprehensive benefits package, including 401(k), dental insurance, health insurance, life insurance, paid time off, and vision insurance, is also offered.
