Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales development, with experience in developing and implementing sales strategies, managing multiple accounts, and achieving sales targets.

As a Sales Development Manager, you will work closely with our field management team to plan and execute sales activities, develop account plans, and conduct sales calls to secure new business.

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a bonus structure that rewards individual performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Manage multiple accounts, including prospecting, qualifying, and closing sales
  • Work closely with field management to plan and execute sales activities
  • Conduct sales calls to secure new business and achieve sales targets
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • Previous sales development experience, preferably in the staffing industry
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with experience in developing and implementing sales strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
