  • Facilitates operations for Senior executive-led teams at the Assistant Director level.
  • Receives directives through various channels and systems.
  • Manages and directs staff taskers and coordination requests within all administrative management frameworks.
  • Collaborates with relevant elements within the client environment, across the Intelligence Community, and with other U.S. Government and Private Sector organizations.
  • Develops training resources and written guidelines (playbooks) for effectively preparing and processing staff packages for their division.
Required Qualifications
  • A Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, or no degree with 9 years of applicable experience.
  • TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is mandatory.
  • Proven experience in:
    • Supporting Senior executive-led teams at the Assistant Director level.
    • Receiving directives through multiple channels and systems.
    • Managing and directing staff taskers and coordination requests within all administrative management frameworks.
    • Collaborating with relevant elements within the client environment, across the Intelligence Community, and with other U.S. Government and Private Sector organizations.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
    • Experience in developing training resources and written guidelines for effectively preparing and processing staff packages for their division.

Salary Range

$104,000 - $166,000. This range reflects the typical salary for this role based on experience and other factors.
