Are you a passionate and patient-centric Registered Nurse looking for a new challenge? Ascentist Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and skilled Surgical Care Specialist to join our team at our hospital in Leawood, KS. In this role, you will work Monday - Friday dayshift, providing care to surgical patients in the OR, collaborating with and supporting the surgical staff, and ensuring a timely and positive experience for patients.
As a Surgical Care Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, bring prior hospital or clinic experience, and make a meaningful impact for our patients. You will also have the chance to enhance your skills, broaden your knowledge, and achieve your goals with our supportive team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care in the OR
- Collaborate with surgical staff to ensure a smooth and efficient surgical process
- Support patients and families throughout their surgical experience
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary range: $33/hr - $43/hr
- Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, 401k Plan, and optional benefits
- 4 - 9.5hr days, no weekends
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of OR-related experience
- Current RN licensure
