Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the Service Department and manage customer service interactions.
  • Establish and nurture strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and the company’s offerings.
  • Address service-related issues and enhance departmental efficiency.
  • Monitor customer feedback and devise solutions for recurring challenges.
  • Develop partnerships with manufacturers, dealers, and commercial clients.
  • Revise service department protocols and facilitate training sessions.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
  • Be available for emergency technician support as required.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Universal EPA certification.
  • OSHA 30 certification.
  • Experience in HVAC service technician roles.
  • Prior management experience in HVAC preferred.
  • Proficiency in technical tools and software applications.
  • Strong decision-making and communication abilities.
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively.
  • Detail-oriented and organized with a focus on client satisfaction.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.
