About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Luxury Sales Manager to join our team in the New York Metro market. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and achieving business objectives in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and drive sales growth in the region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and distributors to ensure effective sales execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement sales plans and programs that align with business objectives.
  • Provide sales training and support to distributors and customers to ensure effective sales execution and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of previous professional outside sales experience.
  • Three-tier management experience.
  • Wine/Alcohol beverage experience.
  • Experience managing chain accounts in both on and off premise and leading distributor sales initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of luxury sales and consumer habits.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong persuasive presentation skills, including the ability to speak before large audiences both internally and externally.
  • Strong negotiation and mediation skills with the ability to influence and motivate others to meet objectives under sometimes-restrictive timelines.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining key trade account relationships to drive TWE strategy in the market.
  • Ability to manage tasks and exercise independent judgment without supervision.
  • Analytical skills with the ability to develop customer/distributor strategies, programs, and promotions based on competitive data to meet overall company objectives while meeting customer needs.
  • Organized with the ability to multi-task and deliver projects, including managing multiple competing priorities.
  • Knowledge of wine, wine terms, and growing techniques (not required but helpful).
  • Aptitude for technology and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), desktop publishing programs.
  • High integrity and a commitment to a strong work ethic.
  • Significant travel within assigned territory required.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Ability to lift a case of wine (45 pounds) up to 10 times per day.

Pay Transparency Disclosure: The base pay range offered for this position is $98,000 to $133,000 per year and a target bonus and other benefits. These figures represent what we reasonably expect to pay for this position, but the actual compensation offered will depend upon numerous job-related factors, including but not limited to candidate qualifications, skills, experience, education, location, and alignment with market data. Our expectation is that the incumbent will work in our target market listed above. If the incumbent works out of another location, the wage rate may fall above or below this range. Treasury reserves the right to modify the range in the future.
