About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Leader to join our team at Neiman Marcus Group Careers. As a Sales Leader, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with customers, and leading a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of luxury retail management experience.
  • Proven track record of managing high-performing sales teams and driving sales growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
