Job Summary

The Director, Admissions Operations will be responsible for managing the assigned admissions processing unit, ensuring accurate and timely processing and review of undergraduate applications. This role requires high-level campus collaboration with various offices across campus, including compliance responsibilities and data analysis.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and supervise employees in the assigned admissions operations unit, including hiring, training, and performance management.
  • Oversight of timely and accurate processing of applications, including system review and business process design.
  • Compliance responsibilities, including Board of Regents, NCAA, and institutional requirements.
  • Collaborate with multiple campus offices to aid in the enrollment process.
  • Continuously review processes for improvement opportunities and implement changes to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
  • Execute reports related to record audits, interpret results, and deliver analysis to recommend and implement needed resolutions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution of higher education.
  • Eight (8) years of related work experience, including previous management and supervisory experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Advanced degree from an accredited institution of higher education in a relevant field.
  • Previous admissions/enrollment, recruiting, or higher education experience.
  • Experience with Banner or similar student information systems.
  • Experience with OnBase or similar document management systems.
  • Experience with compiling reports and data analysis to support processing.
Salary and Benefits

The budgeted salary range is $78,420 to $87,500, with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 13 paid holidays, vacation, generous retirement plans, tuition waiver, wellness options, and more.
