About the Role

Affinity Hospice is seeking an experienced Area Director of Operations to oversee our hospice branches within a designated territory. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, ensuring operational efficiency, and maintaining high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business goals and objectives
  • Lead and manage a team of executives to ensure effective operational infrastructure and human resources management
  • Collaborate with the Executive Director and Corporate Leadership to drive business growth and profitability
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain high-quality patient care
  • Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and staff management
Requirements
  • 3+ years of healthcare leadership experience, including P&L hospice experience
  • Master's Level Business/Healthcare degree or Nursing equivalent
  • Proven track record of program leadership and development
  • Experience in a matrix environment and extensive experience in business and clinical operations
  • Demonstrated experience in strategic planning and development, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills
