Job Summary: Donnelly Mechanical is in search of a Service Coordinator Level II to enhance our service division. This role is pivotal in overseeing field operations, ensuring exceptional service delivery to our clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Address client inquiries and nurture relationships with assigned accounts
  • Coordinate and oversee the workload of service technicians
  • Prepare estimates, manage billing processes, and complete time reports for designated tasks
  • Organize client site visits and furnish status updates as necessary
  • Comply with company policies, work rules, and safety protocols
  • Provide standby phone service according to company guidelines
  • Uphold safety standards in accordance with Donnelly regulations

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of experience in HVAC service dispatching
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration
