Job Title: Senior Account Executive

Lloyd's List Intelligence is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Account Executive to join our team. As a Senior Account Executive, you will play a key role in developing and expanding critical relationships with our customers and prospects worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • Generate new business by prospecting, following up on inbound leads, and outbound telephone calls to develop relationships with maritime clients.
  • Partner with internal support teams to manage the deal lifecycle, from scoping custom projects to managing client deliverables.
  • Present detailed sales proposals to potential clients via online product demonstrations.
  • Take a consultative sales approach and own the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Consistently exceed monthly revenue targets.
  • Work collaboratively with the Customer Success Team to ensure new clients are onboarded smoothly.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of Lloyd's List Intelligence's proposition, competitors, and clients to enable maximized sales and revenue generation.
Requirements:
  • At least 4 years' experience in B2B business development in a consultative and solution-based sales environment.
  • Proven experience in dealing with senior management in multinational companies through a complex sale cycle.
  • The ability to identify new revenue opportunities and maximize product potential.
  • An excellent written and verbal communicator, able to build successful relationships both internally and externally.
  • Thorough understanding and execution of an end-to-end sales process, such as MEDDIC or SPIN.
  • Highly motivated, dynamic, resilient, and target-driven.
