The Homebuyer Support Specialist plays a vital role in the Sales and Marketing division, showcasing reliability, sound judgment, and a professional demeanor.

Your Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary liaison for buyers from the initiation of escrow to the final closing, overseeing transactions and providing timely updates.
  • Manage all milestones related to the Salesforce Purchase Agreement.
  • Ensure that sales documentation is thorough, compliant, and facilitates successful closings.
  • Assist with administrative duties and offer support to New Home Consultants as required.
  • Maintain communication with customers, including sending photo updates throughout their journey.



Your Qualifications
  • Ideally, one year of experience in supporting a real estate sales team.
  • High School Diploma or GED is mandatory; a Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
  • A valid Driver's License and auto insurance are required; a Real Estate License is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, along with strong customer service, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Physical & Office Presence Requirements:



Regular attendance at company communities, job sites, and offices during standard working hours is essential. This position is primarily sedentary but may require occasional bending, stooping, reaching, lifting, and carrying office supplies weighing up to 25 pounds. Proficiency in using a computer keyboard, calculator, and telephone is necessary. A valid Driver's License may be required.
