The IT Support Specialist plays a crucial role in delivering technical assistance to users for their desktop and laptop systems, peripherals, and associated software applications.
This position entails diagnosing and resolving hardware and software challenges, executing installations, configurations, and upgrades, while ensuring the optimal performance and dependability of desktop environments.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of four (4) years of professional experience in IT within a corporate setting.
    Additional relevant education or IT certifications are advantageous.
  • In-depth knowledge of Windows 10/11, Android, iOS, and printing devices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement desktop application software deployment.
  • Offer technical support to users at all levels, from entry-level staff to executive management.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to desktop systems and applications, both remotely and on-site.
  • Assist with the employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, relocations, and offboarding.
  • Manage printer operations, including service requests and toner replacements.
