The Homebuyer Support Specialist plays a vital role in the Sales and Marketing department, showcasing reliability, sound judgment, and a professional demeanor.

Your Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for buyers from the initiation of escrow to the closing process, overseeing transactions and providing timely updates.
  • Manage all Salesforce Purchase Agreement milestones.
  • Ensure that sales documentation is complete, compliant, and facilitates successful closings.
  • Assist with administrative duties and provide support for New Home Consultants as necessary.
  • Maintain communication with customers, including providing photo updates throughout their journey.



Your Qualifications
  • Ideally, one year of experience in supporting a real estate sales team.
  • High School Diploma or GED is required; a Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
  • A valid Driver's License and auto insurance are necessary; a Real Estate License is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, strong customer service skills, organizational abilities, and excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Capability to adapt swiftly in a dynamic environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Physical & Office Presence Requirements:



Regular in-person attendance at company communities/job sites and offices during standard work hours is essential for this role. This position is primarily sedentary but requires the ability to occasionally bend, stoop, reach, lift, and carry office supplies and materials weighing up to 25 pounds. Finger dexterity is necessary for operating a computer keyboard, calculator, and telephone equipment. The ability to operate a motor vehicle may be required.
