Your Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for buyers from the initiation of escrow to closing, overseeing transactions and providing timely updates.
- Manage all Salesforce Purchase Agreement Milestones.
- Ensure that sales documentation is thorough, compliant, and facilitates successful closings.
- Assist with administrative duties and provide support for New Home Consultants as required.
- Communicate with customers while sharing photo updates throughout their journey.
Your Skills and Qualifications
- Ideally, one year of experience in supporting a real estate sales team.
- High School Diploma or GED is required; a Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
- Must possess a valid Driver's License and auto insurance; a Real Estate License is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong customer service, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Physical & Office Presence Requirements:
Regular, in-person attendance at company communities/job sites and offices during standard work hours is essential for this role. This is primarily a sedentary office position requiring occasional bending, stooping, reaching, lifting, moving, and carrying office supplies and materials weighing up to 25 pounds. Finger dexterity is necessary for operating a computer keyboard, calculator, and telephone equipment. May require operating a motor vehicle.
