Job Description

UPLIFT Desk is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Inside Sales Manager to lead our sales team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and implementing effective sales strategies, and mentoring a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales plans to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.
  • Lead, train, and mentor a team of sales representatives to consistently achieve and exceed sales goals.
  • Manage the inbound sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up on leads and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop strategies that align with customer profiles and buying behaviors.
  • Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with sales reps to review progress, offer guidance, and ensure customer-centric sales approaches.

Requirements:

  • Proven success record in sales, with at least 5 years of experience in a sales leadership role.
  • Strong leadership skills with a focus on mentorship, team development, and performance management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and team members alike.
  • Experience developing sales processes, onboarding plans, and training programs.
  • A track record of improving customer retention and driving repeat sales.
