- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging the company's expertise in IT services and digital transformation.
- Collaborate with the BFS Practice line and regional teams to develop and execute sales strategies.
- Work closely with Practice Owners and Horizontal Service Line owners to complete sales and drive growth.
- Develop and implement a strategic approach to achieving growth goals, using effective account-specific research and analytics.
- Manage contracts and negotiate with clients to ensure successful project delivery.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
- 6-8 years of experience in business development, with a focus on the BFS sector.
- Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of the sales cycle and ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
- Experience in selling digital transformation projects in the BFS sector, with a strong understanding of the sub-sectors within BFS.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the BFS industry.
- Strong understanding of sales tracking tools, such as Sugar CRM or Sales Force.
- Ability to travel extensively across the US, as required.
