Human Resources Director

The Columbia Presbyterian Community is a Continuing Care Retirement Community (Life Plan Community) that provides a compassionate Christian ministry dedicated to enriching the quality of life for seniors of all faiths.
We are seeking a Director of Human Resources to plan, coordinate, and follow through on all aspects of PCSC's human resources practices and processes.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience in human resources administration/management and supervision, knowledge of South Carolina and federal human resources laws, regulations, and guidelines, HRIS and intermediate computer skills, and a Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or related field.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and follow through on all aspects of PCSC's human resources practices and processes.
- Support PCSC's business needs to ensure proper implementation of company objectives and promote the organization's values.
- Recruitment, retention, employee relations, training and development, and performance and compliance management.
Requirements:
- Minimum of three years of experience in human resources administration/management and supervision.
- Knowledge of South Carolina and federal human resources laws, regulations, and guidelines.
- HRIS and intermediate computer skills.
- Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of SC DHEC staffing regulations regarding assisted living and long-term care.
- Three years of experience in the senior living field.
