About the Role

This position is responsible for providing administrative support to the Human Resources department. The successful candidate will maintain accurate and timely documentation for personnel records, ensuring compliance with federal and state laws, Joint Commission regulations, and Bluegrass Care Navigators' Corporate Compliance plan.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain personnel records and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  • Assist with HR administrative duties, including creating name badges, forms, and employment verifications
  • Support HR functions, such as HRIS system updates, performance assessments, and benefits management
  • Assist with the BCN wellness program and other HR-related initiatives
Requirements
  • GED or High School Diploma and two years of related experience and/or training, HR experience preferred
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret reports and documents
  • Ability to respond to common inquiries and communicate effectively with employees and management staff
  • Ability to generate documents using Microsoft Office and work with mathematical concepts
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables
  • Ability to work with computer programs, including Human Resources software and Microsoft Office
